The affixes चुञ्चुप् (चुञ्चु) and चणप् (चण) come in the sense of 'celebrated through this' after a word in the Instrumental -3rd case in construction.
The word वित्त means known, illustrious. Thus विद्यया वित्तः = विद्याचुञ्चुः, विद्याचणः, केशचणः ॥ The initial च् in these affixes is not इत् 1.3.7.
