जङ्गलधेनुवलजान्तस्य विभाषितमुत्तरम्
Operational rule vidhi
Before a तद्धित affix having an indicatory ञ् , ण् or क् the वृद्धि is substituted for the first vowel of the compound ending in 1. जङ्गल 2. धेनु and 3. बलज and optionally for the first vowel of these second members also.
