Commentary

The affix ग्मिनि come in the sense of मतुप् after the word वाच्।
Thus वाग्मी, वाग्मिनौ, वाग्मिनः. The affix is not मिन्, for had it been so, the form would have been वाङ्मिन् by 8.4.45 Vart.
