The झ-प्रत्यय of लिङ्लकार is converted to रन्.

Replace jhasya with ran. Inherited words (anuvṛtti) may add further conditions.
Commentary
The affix रन् is the substitute of झ in the लिङ् (Potential and Benedictive).
The झ in other places, is replaced generally by अन्त 7.1.3, but in लिङ्, it is replaced by रन् । Thus पचेरन्, यजेरन्, कृषीरन् ।
