As गोवृन्दारकः 'an excellent bull or cow.' अश्ववृन्दारकः 'an excellent horse'. So also गोनागः &c. Why do we say 'when meaning the object deserving of respect?' Observe सुसीमोनागः 'the serpent Susima.'
