Operational rule vidhi

There is vocalisation of श्या preceded by the उपसर्ग प्रति , when the निष्ठा affixes follow.

Commentary

There is vocalisation of श्या preceded by the उपसर्ग प्रति , when the निष्ठा affixes follow.
Thus प्रतिशीनः प्रतिशीनवान् ॥ This sutra applies to cases where the words need not have the meaning of "coagulation" or "cold".
